WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will join our Technology Delivery team within the Enterprise Technology team, part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. In this multidisciplinary group, you’ll help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems -- aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. You’ll develop enterprise-wide solutions, optimize cloud and data architectures, and integrate AI to enable scalable end-to-end digital transformations.

 

ABOUT YOU

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields

Preferred: Courses in digital/tech transformation

 

Experience

1-5 years of experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment, preferably within the Tech industry is beneficial

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Tech delivery leadership experience
    • Experience in E2E SDLC of digital products and/or transformation programs, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
    • Technical implementation, ensuring best practices in software development, architecture, and system integration
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to technical feasibility, integration, and deployment
  • Enterprise digital transformation
    • Participate in complex digital transformation programs at enterprise scale, integrating new technologies, platforms, and methodologies
    • Work with enterprise architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions
    • Optimize business processes through automation, AI/ML, data-driven decision-making, and modern cloud architectures
    • Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, security, and regulatory requirements in technology rollouts
  • Stakeholder and client engagement
    • Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
    • Manage systems integrators (SI) and software vendors, ensuring seamless coordination, contract adherence, and high-quality delivery
    • Support clients in change management, adoption strategies, and post-implementation success metrics
    • Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) to partner with local and global teams
  • Agile implementation and governance
    • Implement agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify, Kanban) and modern delivery models to enhance execution efficiency
    • Use tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, LeanIX to manage project tracking, dependencies, and issue resolution
    • Implement Agile and DevOps best practices, improving delivery velocity and reliability
