With more than a decade of consulting experience, Sujay has advised clients in the areas of Strategy, Digital transformation, Performance Improvement, and Organization. He has led multiple transformation programs with large family managed businesses and new-age firms across geographies including India and the US.

His functional expertise is in strategy, new business incubation & growth, and performance improvement, with a deep focus on driving results and embedding change across businesses.

Sujay holds a Master’s in Management from London Business School, and a graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
