WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Associate, Corporate Cards & Central Bills role manages corporate cards and central payment solutions on the global scale. This Associate will be responsible for supporting employees with queries around corporate cards and for financial reconciliation of centrally billed consolidated statements for various suppliers. This role will focus on cooperation with internal employees as well as American Express (Amex).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Corporate Card Maintenance (50%)
- Approving, cancelling and suspending Amex cards in the external Amex system
- Outstanding balance collection
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and taking action if necessary
AMEX Business Travel Account (BTA) Reconciliation (25%)
- Reconciling the BTA statements based on the TMC and Amex output
- Contacting Bain Employees (Bainies) to adjust data
- Sending the statements to Accounts Payable (AP)
Central Bill Statement Reconciliation (25%)
- Responsible for managing the Goods & Services suppliers reconciliation and internal policy audit coming in on one consolidated monthly statement
- Responsible for different central payment solutions, their reconciliation and maintenance.
ABOUT YOU
- Associate's/Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- At least 3-6 months of internship/working experience is needed and up to 2 years of experience in an accounting, analytical or client service position is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, Excel skills, fluent English and attention to details are essential for this position.
- Advanced Excel skills and previous accounting knowledge are preferred but not required for this role.
