WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will join our Technology Delivery team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end technology and digital transformations for our priority clients. You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff, working alongside other teams on process excellence, architecture, design, and software development, among others. With this uniquely diverse group, you will serve leading companies in every industry, helping them to define and implement tech-enabled transformations.
ABOUT YOU
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields
Preferred: Courses in digital/tech transformation
Experience
6+ years of experience in consulting, tech-related or other business environment experiencing relating to enterprise technology in banks is beneficial
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Core banking platform implementation experience
- Back-end system Implementation Expertise: hands-on experience with implementation projects of back-end systems used by bank (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos)
- Ability to advice on key design choices that banks undertake in implementation programs (e.g., investment account structure, data migration, integration choices, data separation)
- Oversee technical implementation, ensuring best practices in software development, architecture, and system integration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technical feasibility, integration, and deployment
- Stakeholder and client engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-suite, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to align technology with business strategy
- Proven leadership capabilities, whether in professional or extracurricular contexts
- Manage systems integrators (SI) and software vendors, ensuring seamless coordination, contract adherence, and high-quality delivery
- Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken) to partner with local and global teams
