She brings an extensive 10+ years of experience in strategy and transformation, working with financial institutions, fintech players, regulatory bodies, and large-scale infra players, among others. She has led high-impact initiatives across post-merger integration, value creation, cost transformation, and operational optimization.

Sur has been instrumental in crafting growth strategies, revamping operating models, and executing transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth businesses. With a strong problem-solving approach and leadership experience, she has consistently delivered measurable results across diverse sectors.

Prior to joining us, she worked at another top global consulting firm, where she partnered with industry-leading organizations to tackle strategic and operational challenges.

She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a university medalist in Computer Science Engineering.
