Srini Satapathy

Srini Satapathy co-leads our Global Supply Chain planning practice and is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

At Bain, Srini focuses on advising clients in strategy-driven business transformations, and cross-functional performance improvement. He has advised multiple client executives in topics focused on Industry 4.0, Digital operations, End to end supply chain and operations, performance improvement, cost transformations and business planning.

Prior to joining Bain, Srini was a leader in the performance improvement practice at another global consulting firm.

Srini holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of management Lucknow, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology where he was the valedictorian of the graduating class.

In his personal time, Srini likes to play tennis and soccer.
