Ritu Sharma is a part of Bain’s Founder’s Studio, focused on building disruptive B2B SaaS ventures.

She has more than a decade of global business strategy and operations experience with a focus on innovation and technology as well as deep experience in driving business growth through innovation in product, processes, and strategic partnerships.

Her current work at Bain is focused on building a workforce analytics SaaS venture. Prior to that, she helped establish the Commercial Center of Excellence for Bain's Global Operations practice, with a focus on innovation in commercial processes.

Before joining Bain, Ritu led business and strategy for Roposo - one of India's top social media companies with 100M+ users, backed by Tiger Global Management and Bertelsmann. The company was acquired by SoftBank backed In-Mobi.

Ritu has worked with C-suite executives at Aditya Birla Group - a global $40B conglomerate - across its businesses in retail, telecom and manufacturing in India and China, as a part of their next-generation leadership program. She is a collaborative leader, known for guiding teams through periods of disruption to deliver on innovative product and hyper growth.

She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

She is passionate about causes for female education and empowerment.
