Patrick is a member of our Financial Services and Customer practices with a focus on strategy, customer experience and performance improvement transformations.
Patrick primarily advises clients in the banking and telecommunications sectors. He has led transformations in business unit strategy, cost and performance improvement, commercial excellence, pricing and customer experience.
He holds an MBA with Dean's Honors and Distinction from Columbia Business School (USA), and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and economics from The University of Melbourne.
