Mike spends the majority of his time in our Commercial Excellence practice, focusing on helping B2B clients accelerate their growth through marketing and sales opportunities.
He primarily advises in the software and technology sectors; however, he also holds deep expertise in B2B professional services - specifically martech implementations, as well as industrial construction. While Mike most often works on Marketing Acceleration and Sales Play System(TM) cases, he also advises on a variety of pre-diligence and due diligence cases as needed.
Most recently, Mike has co-led development efforts to build out internal genAI tools and capabilities to both bolster and fast-track our client's ability to get collateral into the market better and faster.
In addition to his client work, Mike co-leads the Minneapolis office AI champions group - focusing on educating and advancing the use of AI across the team.
Prior to Bain, Mike worked at various B2B software companies and B2B professional service firms. He holds a B.S. in technical communication with a minor in computer technology and has multiple Sitecore certifications and MVP awards.
Outside of work, Mike collects spores, molds, and fugus.
