Luis Frota

Luis Frota is a partner at Bain & Company's Sao Paulo office. He joined Bain in 2006 and has over 17 years of experience in management consulting.

Luis is a member of our M&A and Divestitures, transformation, strategy, consumer goods and education practices. Since joining the firm, he has participated in post-merger integration projects, large-scale transformations, go-to-market strategy, digital strategy, growth through adjacencies, pricing, investment strategy, corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, M&A, e-commerce, IT Strategy, product development, organizational redesign, sourcing and debt collection strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a software development intern for at Flow Corretora de Valores in Brazil and as a summer associate for Monashees Capital e BRZ Investimentos.

Luis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA) and a degree in electronic engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (Brazil).

He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
