Klaudia specializes in advising B2B clients across industries on growth strategies and commercial improvement, including commercial strategy, Go-To-Market, sales enablement, and pricing. She has particularly extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and tech services and has worked with clients across the Nordics, EMEA, Americas, and Asia.
Prior to joining consulting, Klaudia worked in climate change policy, including for the then-Commissioner for Climate Action, Connie Hedegaard, at the European Commission.
She holds an M.Sc. in International Business & Politics from Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen, and Université Paris Diderot.
Outside of work, Klaudia is the proud mother of two young children.
