Jan Heine is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.
Jan advises corporate and investor clients primarily in the life sciences and healthcare provider sectors. He has deep expertise in commercial due diligence, portfolio value creation, performance improvement, and strategic post-acquisition support, combined with extensive industry knowledge. He also has experience implementing AI from a strategic full-potential view to production.
Jan earned his doctorate in medicine (MD), magna cum laude, from the University of Heidelberg in Germany. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international management.
