Hannah Morrill is a member of our Private Equity and Energy & Natural Resources practices.
She has spent the majority of her time at Bain working with global clients either in energy or private equity, and is now focused on working at the overlap of both - energy transition & sustainability investing.
Her two focus areas are supporting private equity and infra funds on investment opportunities in the energy transition and sustainability space, and working with funds on strategic topics, such as how to identify attractive themes, how to decarbonise their portfolio etc.
Beyond her client work, Hannah has been an active member of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and is a member of our London DE&I Committee. She currently leads our efforts to improve the sponsorship of our Black community in the office, having supported the development of Bain Boston's racial equity strategy.
In 2022, Hannah won the ESG award in the Women of the Future Awards in the UK.
Before joining us, Hannah studied environmental science and public policy at Harvard University and captained the varsity tennis team.
She is a passionate sports fan and can be found watching or playing sport most weekends of the year.
