Fabio La Mola is a core member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. He supports clients in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, healthcare and related services across APAC.
Fabio has over 20 years of experience across healthcare services and life sciences, strategy, and organization and performance. He has advised many clients across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and the U.S.
He serves as an advisor for biotech to the Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF) Central Gap Fund.
Fabio has strong experience in strategy work, presenting and building consensus at senior management & board level, and providing coaching and development support to both clients and members of the firm.
He also works with organizations on strategy development, go-to-market planning, product launches, portfolio optimization, commercial and operating model development, processes, operations and organizational efficiency.
Most recently he worked at a top consulting firm leading their healthcare practice in APAC and served as co-head for their global healthcare practice, as well as the Singapore office head.
Fabio has a business administration degree from Bocconi University in Italy and an MBA from Kellogg. He spends his free time mentoring biotech companies, sailing in Singapore and preparing for his first offshore passage.
