Christian Azoury

Christian Azoury is a member of our Social & Public Sector practice.

He has nearly 15 years of experience in helping central and local governments elevate the quality of life for their citizens. He has been actively involved in shaping and implementing numerous multi-year programs across economic, urban and social development, as well as fiscal sustainability.

His functional expertise covers vision and strategy development, policy advisory, operating model, organization design, performance improvement, Results Delivery® and transformation support.

Prior to joining us, Christian worked for two other top management consulting firms.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Christian is a regular speaker at various global conferences, including those held by the World Bank.
