Charles Fautré is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
Charles serves major consumer products companies across multiple categories, spanning food and beverage, beauty and cosmetics, and OTC, focusing on growth strategy, brand growth acceleration programs, portfolio management, operating model, and business transformations. He has experience leading growth and value acceleration work for several large, $10B+ CPGs across Europe and the Americas.
In addition to his client work, Charles co-heads the Brussels recruiting and "workplace culture" teams.
Prior to joining us in 2013, Charles obtained a MSc in management from the London School of Economics.
In his personal time, he is passionate about sports, ranging from golfing to sailing, cycling, boxing, glider piloting, or marathon running.
