Amelia Darell is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Private Equity practices.

She specializes in commercial due diligence for private equity investors, focusing on the advanced manufacturing and energy sectors. In addition to her work with investors, she has supported industrial companies on corporate strategy and large-scale transformations.

Amelia has worked in our London and New York offices. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford.
