WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work directly with the Social Media team lead, as well as: 

  • Marketing and Talent colleagues on advocacy content and support for Partners using LinkedIn
  • Employer Brand team supporting our CEO on their LinkedIn approach
  • Our MarTech lead, as we look to review the advocacy platform 
  • LinkedIn for editorial partnership.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


We’re seeking an Employee Advocacy expert to scale and add impact to our global employee advocacy approach. 


You’ll empower Bain employees to amplify the brand through authentic social storytelling and build trust to strengthen client relationships and attract top talent.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Own the implementation of Bain’s employee advocacy initiatives and provide input to enhance strategy based on program performance and stakeholder needs 


  • Advise internal stakeholders (Partners and Marketing contacts) on their use of social media and content 
     
  • Develop and manage advocacy content, ensuring relevant, engaging, and accessible content for employees


  • Deliver accurate data analysis, and reporting on program performance to inform strategy development, improve platform adoption and enhance content creation 


  • Drive employee training, engagement, and participation through workshops, webinars, and resources
  • Manage our advocacy tool and vendor relationship. Lead platform use and adoption, and the review of a new tool


  • Demonstrate flexibility by exploring and sharing best practices in employee advocacy; incorporate learnings into the team’s approach and share with others to support collective growth
     
  • Lead our relationship with the LinkedIn Editorial team.

ABOUT YOU 

  • Proven experience (4+ years) managing employee advocacy programs
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn) and analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Strong English language skills are essential 
  • Proven ability to train, influence and educate people 
  • Experience in advocacy content creation
  • Passionate about employee engagement, storytelling, and brand amplification
  • Experience with AI tools in a content creation or optimization capacity is desirable.
