Nicole Roberts

Nicole Roberts is a member in the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences, Strategy and Organization practices. 

Since initially joining Bain in 2004, Nicole has developed extensive expertise across a range of healthcare sectors, encompassing healthcare payers, medtech, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, including oncology. 

Recently, she has focused on driving business unit strategy efforts for a number of large players in the healthcare value chain. Her additional capabilities include blueprint and value creation planning, strategy-led transformation, core growth, corporate strategy, operating model and organization design.

She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as bachelor's degrees in applied mathematics and economics from Northwestern.
