Marta Szostak focuses on large-scale transformations and value creation programs, helping clients unlock shareholder value and enable sustainable, future-ready growth. She primarily advises clients in telecommunications and other service-based industries.
Marta has led complex strategic transformations across a wide range of organizational and cultural contexts. She works closely with management and supervisory boards to shape strategic priorities and lead large, multi-country client teams. Her work spans commercial excellence, performance improvement, organizational design, leadership, and change management—often at the intersection of these disciplines. She brings a global perspective, having delivered impact in more than 30 countries across Europe, Canada, Singapore, and the Middle East, including for several Fortune Global 500 companies.
Prior to joining Bain, Marta worked at a leading global consultancy. Outside of work, she is passionate about horse riding and polo, enjoys winter sports such as snowboarding, and is a dedicated contemporary art enthusiast who explores galleries and art events wherever she travels.
