Flavio Monteleone is a long-term procurement practitioner, Flavio is highly adept in sustained cost transformation, procurement transformation, should costing, and design-to-cost. He is also experienced in rapid results assessment and value creation plans.
His case work includes multi-geography procurement work for clients operating in several industries, including machinery, oil, chemicals, mining, consumer products, automotive, and healthcare.
Prior to joining us, Flavio advised clients on procurement optimization and operational improvement at other top management consulting firms. Before entering management consulting, Flavio held several senior line management roles.
He is a business management graduate and holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of Rome III, Italy.
