Enrico Innocenti is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.

He has strong expertise in topics related to commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and M&A advisory services across healthcare providers, services, healthcare IT, pharma, and medtech sectors.

Enrico started his career as an Associate Consultant in the Bain Milan, Italy, office and spent time as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in their healthcare division in New York.

Enrico holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in management engineering from Politecnico of Milan, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor in management engineering from the University of Florence.
