Who you will work with
BCN Customer CoE, has the vision to lend expertise, speed and competitiveness to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience projects through co-developing and delivering Pricing products, designing Go-to-Market Strategy Solutions and improve customer experience effectively through client-oriented solutions. In the CoE, we develop products and deliver solutions that help clients identify and fulfil full potential across the entire value chain of sales and customer journey. Also capturing value across – from problem identification, solution designing, and implementation, to capability transfer. The CoE has fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous innovation and learning. What you’ll do
- Leverage advanced analytics, ETL techniques, and visualization tools such as Tableau to deliver insights in a productized delivery model
- Use thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive their own and their team’s research and analysis on cases across geographies and industries
- Able to quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and analysis across all geographies and industries
- Help their lead/manager in assigning work streams
- Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools
- Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output produced by themselves, and their teamlet
- Comfortable with driving open-ended research, creating point-of-views, IP creation, survey analytics, showing quick ramp up on new projects
- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
- Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly understand insights and implications for the client
- Assist their lead/Manager communicate with BCN clients, who are Bain teams around the world
- May have first level team management responsibility which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts
About you
- Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies 2-5 years(preferably with degree in engineering / business / economics) and for Postgraduate(preferably MBA) with 0-3 years
- An understanding (or experience) of Customer (MCX focused) topics with an insight into data, metrics and trends covered within this space is a good to have and experience in survey-based tools and analytics, diagnostics, data analytics and benchmarking would be a plus
- Excellent project management, team management and problem-solving skills is a plus
- Proficient at using various analytical and reporting / visualization tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle dynamic case expectations. Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Highly effective communication skills and ability and deliver clear and professional presentations to senior stakeholders (Bain managers, partners and clients)
