Share your journey to Bain.

My journey to Bain started in a refugee camp in Kenya, where I lived for nearly a decade after fleeing Ethiopia. Immigrating to the United States opened a new chapter, filled with opportunities and challenges. Driven by my personal experiences, I founded Didomi, a social enterprise aimed at providing clean water access to underserved communities. The growth and impact of Didomi eventually led to a strategic partnership that introduced me to Bain & Company, where I recognized the potential to amplify my impact on a global scale through management consulting.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

I knew Bain was the right place for me because of its culture and unwavering commitment to personal development that permeates every level of the organization. From senior leadership to the newest team members, there is an authentic emphasis on growth, learning, and mentorship. This environment resonated deeply with me, affirming Bain as the ideal place to pursue my professional and personal aspirations.
