ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

1. This role involves supporting the staffing and billing operations by owing the reporting, analysis and maintenance of staffing information from the Insync tracker for the BCN offices – and closely support the business operations and financial tracking. 
2. Manage staffing processes and databases to a high level of accuracy, including data consolidating and cleaning, owning a variety of monthly staffing reports 
3. Execute staffing, billing, internal and external feedback surveys in coordination with CoE leads/Managers, ensuring data validation as per guidelines, within agreed upon deadlines, and with minimal oversight. 
4. Prepare and publish staffing dashboards and share insights with leadership as needed and highlight anomalies to   guide meaningful and impactful decisions 
5. Provide staffing and billing guidance and BDPs to business stakeholders 
6. Staffing Reporting and Visibility Provide support to staffing team in capturing project level information and resource allocation 
7. Resource mapping at CoE/Team/Manager level to calculate the utilization metrics 
8. Identifying gaps and coordinating with managers to reconcile and update the system 
9. Respond to ad hoc staffing information requests at local and global levels (as required) 
10. Creating models to improve efficiency and identifying any billing leakages as per staffing records 
11. Execute zero-defect analysis of staffing database and reports. 

About you
 

1. The position requires an enthusiastic team player, self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team:
2.  2-3 years of post education experience in staffing, resource management, reporting, data analytics
3. Graduate/MBA degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
4. Good MS Excel Skill with ability to handle complex data problems;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral;
6. Good organizational and quantitative skills with an aptitude for problem solving;
7. Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx;
8. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism;
9. Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information.
