Umberto Monai is a member of our Financial Services practice.

His expertise covers a wide range of topics including SME & corporate banking, risk management and ESG. In recent years, he has supported many financial institutions in commercial full potential programs, balance sheet management initiatives and capital & liquidity optimization.

Beyond his client work, Umberto is a member of our Milan office recruiting group.

He holds a degree in business administration, cum laude, from Bocconi University.

In his personal time, Umberto is passionate about cycling and spending time with his wife and two little sons.
