Patrick is a member of our Consumer Products practice. He specializes in Strategy and Transformation. Patrick has led over 60 projects, covering corporate, business unit, growth, competitive, and go-to-market strategies, as well as multi-year transformation programs with broad organizational impact.
His industry expertise covers consumer products, retail, education, and more. Patrick’s work has supported significant growth and value capture for his clients through strategic planning and commercial and operational improvements.
In M&A, Patrick has managed large-scale post-merger integrations and conducted M&A strategic assessments for corporations and financial investors.
Prior to joining us, he held roles in finance and marketing at a consumer products division of a multinational company. Patrick holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s in business administration from FEA-USP.
