Josh Sandberg is a member of our Telecommunications, Media & Technology and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.
Since joining Bain in 2006, Josh has worked with leading technology firms across a range of strategic topics including portfolio & growth strategy, product innovation, Software as a Service transformation, and sales excellence. He serves as a leader in Bain’s Pricing practice, with deep expertise on pricing & packaging in software.
In addition, as an expert in digital transformation, agile product development, and offer design, Josh became part of the leadership team responsible for scaling Bain’s Innovation & Design capabilities across EMEA.
Outside of Bain, Josh led SMB & Platform Partnerships at Dropbox, where he helped launch the Dropbox Business partner program and APIs, and was the Senior Director of Strategy for NXP’s Secure Monitoring & Control business unit, focused on driving growth in low-power connectivity and compute semiconductors for the Internet of Things.
Josh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
In his personal time, he loves cooking, spending time outdoors, traveling, and learning about wine.
