Erik Pot

Erik Pot is a member of our Private Equity practice with 15+ years of consulting experience.

Erik works with clients across a range of industries, leading engagements throughout Southeast Asia. He specializes in value creation, strategy, and due diligence for investors and corporations, with a particular focus on private equity and infrastructure. In addition to his private equity work, he is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Telecom, Media & Technology practices.

Throughout his Bain career, Erik has held a range of internal leadership roles, most recently including Recruiting, Social Impact, and leading the Business Functions team. He has previously worked at our Amsterdam, London, and San Francisco offices.

He holds a Ph.D. in quantitative economics from Maastricht University. In his free time, he is an active DJ and an avid traveler.
