Caitlin Dowling is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.

Since joining Bain in 2009, Caitlin has developed deep expertise across the healthcare value chain, including healthcare payers, providers, healthcare IT (with a focus on analytics), pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. 

She has worked with clients on due diligence, corporate M&A, and performance improvement, as well as corporate and business unit strategy. 

Caitlin holds an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
