Axel Erhard

Axel Erhard is a member of our Consumer Products practice. With more than two decades of international management consulting experience, he has primarily advised clients across the consumer products, retail and pharmaceutical industries.

Axel mainly supports clients on large-scale transformation projects, performance improvement, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining us in 2020, he was a partner and managing director with another management consulting firm in Munich and New York City.

Axel studied business management at the University of Cologne and holds a CEMS Masters from the Stockholm School of Economics.
