WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As part of the Recruitment team, the intern will provide administrative and operational support for internship and early-career hiring processes. This includes candidate communication, event organization, and assisting with internal recruitment team activities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support communication and tracking of candidates interested in internship and early-career positions.
- Assist in organizing the internship program, including outreach to universities and candidates.
- Help promote opportunities through emails, invitations, flyers, and event postings.
- Provide logistical support for interviews (1st and 2nd rounds), including scheduling, interviewer materials, and candidate preparation.
- Maintain regular contact with other offices to align recruitment strategies for interns, early-career hires, and technology roles.
- Schedule and coordinate recruitment processes, ensuring smooth execution of all stages.
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters to interns and early-career hires, ensuring all steps are properly followed.
- Enter and update recruitment events in the internal system to ensure accurate information.
- Support the planning of onboarding events for new interns and early-career hires.
- Assist with tracking and reimbursing recruitment-related expenses.
- Monitor recruitment materials and ensure necessary supplies are available for selection processes in Brazil.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, administration, marketing, or advertising, with an expected graduation date by December 2025.
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, and/or administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage with different levels of the organization.
- Proactive and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Outlook.
- Availability to work from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
