Sarra Demashkieh is a leader in our Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practice.
She has worked with many of the top-50 consumer goods companies, across food and beverage, clothing, and personal care. Her work primarily surrounds operating model & organization design, with a particular focus on Shared Services and Support Functions. Her case portfolio includes various Accelerated Cost Transformation programs for large consumer goods companies.
Beyond her client work, she is a leader for our Los Angeles Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and the champion of our Los Angeles DE&I Committee. She is also an Associate Consultant recruiting lead for the Los Angeles office.
Sarra holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Duke University.
