He has more than 15 years' consulting experience, with geographical focus in China and the rest of Asia.
Leon primarily advises industrial clients on large scale transformation, supporting multi-national and local clients in digitalization, operational improvement, organization restructuring and change management.
He is also a core member in our Energy & Natural Resources practice and Sustainability practice. He has helped many clients to develop their decarbonization and ESG strategy.
He holds a master degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
