Skylar Shephard

Skylar Shephard is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice.

She has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Europe, Africa, and the Americas, having previously been based in our Johannesburg Office.

Skylar primarily advises clients across the Consumer Products and Retail sectors. She is an expert on large-scale digital and technology transformations, data strategy, technology cost optimization, and enterprise technology operating model design and implementation. Skylar has particular expertise in helping clients with their core technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

In addition to her client work, she is the leader of our Womxn at Bain affinity group in Amsterdam. She also co-leads the Vector capabilities group in the Amsterdam office.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
