She brings deep expertise in the pulp and paper sector, with a strong focus on operational excellence—particularly in maintenance and Industry 4.0. Raisa combines a pragmatic approach with a strategic vision to deliver immediate results and lasting transformation.
Her recent work spans a wide range of initiatives, from projects that drive short-term financial impact using low-disruption, quick-release levers to more transformational efforts that harness technology to fundamentally optimize industrial operations. Her long-term transformation efforts often focus on reimagining operational and maintenance practices, including the design of new approaches and the activation of key enablers such as capability building and change management.
Outside of her client work, she is passionate about music and reading, finding inspiration and balance through both.
