Morgan is dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable results by identifying and meeting customer needs through data-driven approaches and hands-on experimentation. Her work focuses on delivering increased profitability and improved customer loyalty.

While Morgan's expertise lies in the technology and software sectors, her impact extends across industries, including advanced manufacturing & services, media & entertainment, and leisure & travel, where she advises clients on growth strategies and innovation.

Beyond her client engagements, Morgan has been in leadership roles in talent management, professional development, and recruiting, contributing to the growth and success of Bain’s people and culture. Prior to joining us, Morgan earned her MBA from TCU and her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as a teacher with Teach for America at KIPP Houston, where she cultivated a passion for advancing children's education.
