Alexandra Murphy

Alex is a member of our Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practices.

She is passionate about helping clients define their strategic ambition and charting the actionable path to operationalize it. Her expertise spans consumer products, retail, and manufacturing/industrials, where she excels in crafting innovative solutions for manufacturing and supply chain strategy, network optimization, and large-scale transformations.

Beyond her client work, Alex is deeply involved in Women at Bain, inspirational leadership and global training. She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Outside of work, Alex cherishes time with her husband, two young children and their dog. She loves to travel, hike, exercise and do yoga.
