Arushie Mangla

Arushie Mangla is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practice. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience with Bain across the UK, India, and Africa.

Arushie has worked extensively with both global players as well as digital insurgents across food, pet food, ecommerce, food-service, fashion and lifestyle specialists, and grocery retail. She has supported them across a variety of topics including end-to-end transformations with focus on cost/ innovation trade-offs, strategy, performance improvement, digital commerce acceleration, and operating model.

Outside of client work, she leads Bain London's senior consultant professional development programme.

She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
