Experiencia
Lucas Castro is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices.
He has over five years of management consulting experience and has worked closely with senior executives at large national and multinational organizations. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including chemicals, retail, agribusiness, and financial services. Lucas focuses on operations excellence, performance improvement, demand and supply planning, business unit strategy, post-merger integration, and supplier management.
Prior to joining Bain in 2019, he worked in the commercial area at Itaú BBA.
Lucas holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a specialization from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais.
