Hannah Diaz is a member of our Retail, Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures practices.
She has led complex merger integrations across multiple industries with a focus on operating model transformation and change management. Her work spans the full mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, supporting clients from pre-integration mobilization through post-acquisition value creation.
In addition to her client work, Hannah contributes to our social impact efforts in Washington, D.C.
She holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where she was a Forté Fellow.
