Eric joined Bain & Company in 2019, intrigued by the opportunity to lead a global, practitioner-oriented team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.

At Bain, Eric's team tackles high-impact AI projects across industries, from enhancing customer service with AI copilots to training digital sales coaches. He emphasizes a “deep inside the black box” philosophy, fostering a culture of technical depth and curiosity.
