WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a key member of the Market Reputation team, you will work closely with South America Partners, local office leadership, and the Latam Market Reputation Senior Director to develop and execute marketing strategies. You will drive multi-channel marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and position Bain as a thought leader across South America—primarily in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for South America, collaborating with regional and local leadership to amplify Bain’s brand and market presence.

    • Identify high-value audiences and tailor engagement strategies.
    • Extend global and regional marketing initiatives to align with commercial objectives.
    • Lead local tentpole campaigns to reinforce Bain’s position in key industries.
  • Enhance brand awareness and thought leadership by partnering with South America Partners to elevate Bain’s reputation.

    • Design targeted campaigns and establish collaborations with influential third parties.
    • Support senior leaders in positioning themselves as industry thought leaders.
  • Manage marketing activities across multiple channels, including:

    • Local Campaigns – Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing programs, including thought leadership, events, digital mailings, and social media.
    • Conferences & Events – Organize thought-leadership events, secure partnerships, and manage sponsorships.
    • CRM Management – Oversee CRM databases, ensuring accurate and actionable data for outreach.
    • Internal Office Priorities – Support client development efforts and internal communications.
  • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, ensuring alignment with Bain’s marketing best practices.

  • Oversee budget, annual planning, and continuous process improvement, ensuring efficiency and impact across marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive synergies across regional and global marketing initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • 7-8 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in campaign management, events, CRM, or sponsorships.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); 
  • Experience in professional services marketing is preferred.
  • Strong multi-channel program management skills, including defining scope, setting deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to propose innovative marketing approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in representing Bain externally.
  • Proactive and adaptable under pressure, capable of incorporating feedback from senior leadership.
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
