Lauren is a founding member of our Business Development function and currently leads partnerships across our Vector, Performance Improvement, Sustainability and Customer Experience practices, as well as functional operations.
She brings over 20 years of experience in partnerships, strategy consulting and investment banking. Since joining Bain as a summer associate in 2009, Lauren has supported clients on strategy, performance improvement and organizational design efforts. She also served as a practice consultant in our healthcare practice before transitioning to the Business Development team in 2017.
Lauren holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
