Olivia Florin

Olivia Florin is a member of our Consumer Products and Sustainability practices.

She has worked with many of the top-50 consumer goods companies, primarily focusing on corporate and business unit strategy. In recent years, she has concentrated on sustainability projects within consumer goods players, where she developed long-term sustainability plans, adjusted sustainability plans to fit the current context, developed plastic packaging and recyclability roadmaps, and more.

Olivia has also launched the European sustainability ringfence within private equity, so that sustainability could be embedded in every due diligence within Bain.

Olivia is passionate about helping teams grow and leads Women at Bain for the Brussels office.

She holds a master’s degree in engineering physics from Ghent University and an advanced master’s in business and economics from the Louvain School of Management.

In her personal time, Olivia enjoys horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.
