About John
Expertise
John Hazan leads our global Talent solution and is also a member of our People and Organization, Transformation and Change practices.
He has 20+ years of experience with us. Over the years, John has advised executive teams across Europe in numerous transformation, organization and integration projects, across most industrial, services and financial sectors.
His functional areas of expertise range from management of transformational projects, human resources, to new ways of working, employee experience and social engineering.
He leads all of Bain’s CHRO Forum engagements in EMEA.
Prior to Bain, John worked at Kearney. He holds a MSc in Engineering from Mines ParisTech and a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
