Slavena Bardarova

Slavena Bardarova is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. She has over 15 years of experience in private equity diligence.

Slavena started her career in the US where she led more than 200 diligences across industries with a focus on healthcare providers, services and technology. Her case portfolio also includes business unit strategy and new market entry cases for corporate and private equity-backed companies.

Slavena has experience in cross-border transactions across Latin America including diligence cases in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Argentina.

Prior to joining Bain, she was a partner at another global consulting firm.

Slavena holds a BS in Finance and Management from the Wharton Business School and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

In her personal time, Slavena is an avid hiker and the proud mother of a young son.
