Scully Cui is a member of our Financial Services practice.

Scully’s financial services expertise focuses on strategic planning and transformation, digital transition, customer centricity, governance &organization, risk and operations enhancement, and PMO. Her client portfolio encompasses banks, insurance organizations, and financial conglomerates, as well as asset management, securities, and fintech firms.

She has also published numerous articles on strategy, business transition, customer centricity, and organization transformation.

Prior to joining usin 2018, Scully held positions at several other top consulting firms.

She holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics and mathematical finance from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
