Jiwook Chang

Jiwook Chang is a member of our Performance Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He brings extensive experience across various domains including corporate growth strategy, new business strategy and performance improvement, serving major manufacturing and service companies. He has notably executed numerous full-cycle performance improvement projects from initial diagnostics to implementation.

He joined Bain as an Associate Partner in 2022. Prior to joining Bain, he worked at Booz & co. and another consulting firm for 13 years.

He graduated from Korea University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from KAIST.
