Alan Barnes is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.
Alan has deep expertise across the healthcare value chain, including healthcare IT, payers & PBMs, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, and healthcare providers. He has worked with clients on due diligence, corporate M&A, post-acquisition, commercial excellence, and corporate and business unit strategy.
Alan has an MBA with distinction from the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and a BSE in computer science from Princeton University.
